Draft — not yet legally complete
This page still contains placeholder business details (address) and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must not be relied on, and this site must not take payment or accept a photograph from the public, until those are filled in and the document has been reviewed.
Refund Policy
When we refund, when we do not, and how to ask. We would rather be clear about this before you pay than argue about it afterwards.

The principle we work to
You see your finished video before you pay for it. The watermarked version plays on our site at no charge, and the payment button sits underneath it. That ordering is deliberate: it means nobody pays for a tribute video without first seeing exactly what they are buying.
Because of that, our position is straightforward. If we fail to deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. If we deliver exactly what you watched and approved, we do not refund it.
When a video fails to generate
Generation sometimes fails — an artificial-intelligence provider goes down, or a photograph cannot be processed.
- If it was a free video, the free video is returned to your device automatically. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to refund. You will see this stated on the failure page.
- If you paid to generate it, we refund that payment in full. Write to us with the link to the failed video.
When we will refund
- You paid for a download and no download was ever made available to you.
- The file you downloaded is corrupt, will not play, or is not the video you previewed.
- The video was deleted before you had a reasonable opportunity to download it, through our error rather than the 15-day period elapsing.
- You were charged more than once for the same download.
- You were charged and no video was produced at all.
When we will not refund
We want these stated plainly rather than buried.
- You do not like the likeness. Artificial intelligence produces an approximation from a single photograph, and it will differ from the person as you remember them. You watch the finished video before paying, precisely so this is your decision and not a surprise. Our Terms explain what the technology can and cannot do.
- You changed your mind after downloading. The file cannot be returned once it is on your device.
- You uploaded the wrong photograph, or chose the wrong settings, and the video was made correctly from what you gave us.
- You let the 15 days elapse without downloading. This is stated before you pay, on the page itself, and in our Privacy Policy.
- The upload broke our Terms — for example a photograph you had no right to use.
How to ask for a refund
Write to support@swargvideo.com within 7 days of the payment, and include:
- the link to your video — the address of the page you were sent to after it was made;
- the payment reference from your bank, card statement or Razorpay receipt;
- one line on what went wrong.
The video link is the important one. Because there are no accounts, it is usually the only way we can find your order.
How long it takes
- We aim to decide within 3 working days of receiving your request.
- Approved refunds are sent back through Razorpay to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
- Your bank then typically takes 5 to 7 working days to show the money. That part is outside our control.
- Refunds are made in Indian rupees for the amount actually paid. We do not cover currency-conversion differences or bank charges applied by your own bank.
If you disagree with our decision
Write to our Grievance Officer, SwargVideo, at support@swargvideo.com. We will look at it again and reply within 30 days.
This policy does not take away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — every payment is a single, one-off payment for one thing.
